A SIMPLE QUERY
Category: Misc

This one's easy, kids. Yes or no. Yea or Nay.

We should all know who David Carradine is. A lot of us (me not included) grew up watching Kung Fu, and surely all of us can remember him in the title role of the Kill Bill movies. Most recently, he's been in a retarded YellowPages.com television commercial where he is a wise master of something vaguely Asian and he's instructing some dork on how to use the site.

Anyway, back to simple question at hand. Mind you I only ask it in a public forum because I've gotten varied responses when ever I've casually asked this question to a few people.

Q: Does David Carradine speak with a lisp?

I took "speech" to correct my "s" and "sh" lisp, and I can definitely hear he has the same lisp I had.

David Carradine speaks only when he is paid to. He is an actor.

While I'll admit that for awhile there I had fallen asleep at my post and the line for retro-hipness was starting to creep closer and closer to the present, I am once again in control of my facilities. Retro-hip is once again set to 15-20 years ago. While your reign as an honest-to-god kicker of asses may date back to that time, your renewed bit of fame as a kicker of all things dates back to a few months ago.

Now stop your sniffling. It doesn't suit the legends in circulation.

I have never forgiven him for doing that. And he did it before I was born.

definitely a lispy speech impediment caused by the guilt of stealing the role from Bruce Lee

I don't know if I'd call it a full on lisp, but I'd say the guy's speech is definitely soft.
