I also noticed that there is a company selling a site with almost the exact (if not less) functionality of this site for 500 bones per lisence ($1000 per enterprise lisence). I mean John always goes on rants about Quake mods becuase he doesn't understand why people just don't write their own games, but come on, thats months of development. I wrote the basic functionality of this site in about 2 days (of course I've been adding bells and whistles for the past few months), not to mention I've already given the site to someone to use for free. If you know me you can probably figure out where that is, if not, tuff shit.

I probably still won't do any meaningful posts (as if any of mine are) for a couple of days to make sure everybody's getting the site again.

      When setting up my domain, I had a choice between 'Stealth Redirecting' which means the IP the domain is pointing to would stay static, and I could, unbenownst to the common user, redirect the site to my ip, or the other choice, I could do what is normal and set the DNS to just point the domain directly at my IP. I took the later because it seemed more 'pure'. Well, if I had choosen the former, I could have just updated the redirect address and the whole shebang would have been back online in a matter of hours, but because the DNS servers need to be updated now, it'll probably take about 2 days or more. Oh well, if your reading this from www.glitch13.com then its been updated and the delay is over, if you're reading it from my ip address (which would be the only way at the time of this writing) then I'm wondering how you got it seeming as I was just assigned it about 2 hours ago.

As you can see, this is my counter dig on xerxes, whom I know doesn't play role playing games, but hey, he had a big picture of a llama and said it was me, I needed to fire back but I was out of ammo. Oh well, lets move on.

As far as the 'IT' (look at my post on the 13th for more info) thing is concerned, I keep hearing a reoccuring theme of 'scooters' when I dig around for information on it. I swear to fucking christ, if this thing is a scooter, I'm going to kill somebody. Isn't it silly enough that we have adults riding scooters as is? This really can't be a scooter and still retain all the revolutionary attribute people keep tagging to it. And if the inventor is reading this (sha, right), dude, go stick your scooter up your ass and shut up till you whip out the teleporters.

cruel is run by rogers cadenhead (got to be one of the dumber last names i've come across in my life- sounds like some kind of trash fish) and is probably the only link in my dailies collection that is actually updated on a pretty damned near daily basis. (aside from geektown and this place, that is.) i've been going there for awhile now. i credit mr. cadenhead's taste with connecting me with ungodly greatness, which in turn led to gay greatness, which in turn led me to another one of my dailies that updates on a semi-daily basis. so cruel's got a pretty reasonable degree of esteem in my book, if only because it's led to so many greater things.
however, the guy seems to miss lots of really great shit. not only did he ignore my submitting of this insanity (please turn your volume waaaay up, you don't want to miss that openning sound), today's little bit of cruelty was kind of off the mark. now, i've already supplied the link, and i'd hate to deny the guy yet another hit, so i'll let you go to cruel and find out what he linked to today. but did he even bother looking around when he got there? sure, his target is pretty weird and "cruel" by the standards he's demonstrated over time. but apparently he's a pretty lazy guy. i mean, how could you look at the good stuff that someone submitted to you and not wonder what the hell else kind of greatness is onsite? also, the linkee has pretty funny little work journal entries. i only read one while i was there before i decided to come do this, but that one was good stuff and when i'm done, guess where i'm going? yep. back to read more of his funny stories about ergonomic chairs won with the placement of coffee flakes and christmas bonuses shanghaied from office suppliers.
